Once we have scheduled an appointment you will receive an email with the link to our session.

What Browsers and Devices are required?

If you are using a computer or laptop you can use Chrome or Firefox. If you are on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad) you will need the Jane Online Appointments app which is available free on the app store.

Is Virtual Counselling Secure?

Yes. The online counselling system used is compliant with Canadian privacy regulations. This means that video, audio, and chat communications cannot be recorded. Online sessions are also encrypted and none of the data is stored anywhere at any time.

Does My Insurance Cover Counselling?

Many insurance providers will fully or partially reimburse payments to a Registered Social Worker. Receipts are provided. Fees for counselling are tax deductible.

How do I pay for virtual sessions?

Payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card. Once you book your online therapy appointment you can add your credit card information to your profile.
